Remote Viewing (Practical)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
  • Visualization
  • Centring
  • Intaking
  • Energy Manipulation

REASON FOR TECHNIQUE USE:
  • To view area, people, or things not within the visual range.

BASIC TECHNIQUE(S):
    1. Centre and Intake prior to working with this technique
  • Concentrate before beginning on the person, place, or thing you wish to see
  • If you believe it will help write what you wish to see on a black piece of paper and keep it in front of you
  • Once you are set close your eyes and visualize the person, place, or thing you're wanting to view
  • When you have a solid image in mind open your eyes and write as much detail as possible, or draw what you saw
  • You may wish to revisit the image in your mind and explore it to find details that you missed the first time
  • Upon satisfactory viewing remember to Intake and Ground

TECHNIQUE(S) MODIFICATION:
  • Instead of opening your eyes after receiving an image explore your visualization further for more detail, or surroundings
  • If it helps record what you are seeing on an audio medium, so that you do not need to open your eyes
  • Remember that Remote Viewing relies on Visualization, so exploring what you're seeing may also give smells, sounds, tastes, etc.

TO BE AWARE:
  • Be conscious of your energy and physicality, so the technique does not flow into a projection
  • Be careful not to connect with any individual that you may be viewing without permission
  • Remote Viewing of individuals without their permission is considered unethical and an invasion of privacy

TIMELINE:
  • ITB: 10 to 45 minutes depending on exploration
  • AAW: Time depends solely on extent of exploration
