I recommend that before you read my pages become familiar with all Zeus articles in the basic psychic archive. I am counting on that you have read the other articles so you can understand mine better.
Among the other material you will get a good foundation of what psi is and even useful techniques to begin to develop. Then you can begin to read my classes at the same time that you can read the rest of the site and the teachers’ material that you like. The most of it is worth reading over and over again so it will stick and even because you will learn more and understand more the next time you are reading, when you have a greater understanding for psi.
