REASON FOR TECHNIQUE USE:
- Energy manipulation with visualization forms the basis of almost all psychic techniques
BASIC TECHNIQUE(S):

1. Once you understand yourself you can identify your energy and manipulate it
- Close your eyes and visualize your body and the energy it contains
- Visualize moving the energy around your body, first concentrating energy in the hands and then moving it to the feet
- As the energy is concentrated in different areas of the body it should physically heat up and sometimes the area will begin to tingle. At times you may find great concentration of energy may make it difficult to move muscles

- Be sure to fully explore how energy in different areas of the body feels and how the energy differs from area to area
- Do not concentrate energy into the eyes as they can be adversely physically affected
